This is a functional Thermotron SM-16S Temperature/Humidity Test Chamber (-30C to +177C, 5% to 95% R.H., 16 cu.ft.) in great cosmetic and working conditions with upgraded Watlow F4 programming controller. This chamber has an Air Drier system that can control the humidity as low as 5%. This environmental chamber has been very well maintained and just fully tested and validated by our engineering team. The chamber has accurate and stable controls on the temperature and humidity. The chamber has a temperature range of -30 oC to +177 oC and humidity range from 5% to 95% R.H. (in the dry bulb range from + 5° to + 85° C).
Different temperatures with different humidity levels were tested in accordance with certain IEC criteria, including the most used temperature humidity conditions: 25C / 20%RH, 40C / 65%RH, 60C / 85%RH, 65C / 95%RH, 85C / 85% RH, -10C, -20C, -30C and 150C. The chamber is a complete ready-to-use system with everything needed for a lab testing operation. Technical support will be provided to the buyer for the initial applications, if requested. The functionalities of the compressor, heating elements, water supply and drain system, and humidity and temperature control system have just been thoroughly checked. The chamber uses 208 - 230 Volts single phase 60 H power. The operator's electronic manuals for both the chamber and the controller will be provided with the chamber.
This chamber is also equipped with an ion exchange column and cartridge to produce DI water for the humidity system and comes with a recirculation pump to provide self-sustainable water source. A 5-gallon water tank is also provided with the chamber.
The Theromtron SM-16S is also equipped with a Watlow Limit 94 temperature controller to protect the samples from the specified temperature limit. (Please see all photos and video for details.)
