This is a fully functional Tenney Benchmaster BTRC Temperature/Humidity Test Chamber (-70°C to +200°C, 20% to 95% R.H.) in excellent cosmetic and working conditions. The chamber has a working space of 5 cu. ft with interior stainless-steel chamber dimensions of 19”D x 20”W x 22”H. This environmental chamber has been very well maintained and just validated by our engineer to verify and guarantee the accuracy of temperature/humidity and the performance of the unit. The chamber has a temperature range of -70°C to +200°C and humidity range from 20% to 95% R.H..
Different temperatures with different humidity levels were tested, including the most used temperature humidity conditions: 85°C / 85% RH (Damp Heat), 65°C / 85% RH, 40°C / 93% RH, 200°C, 120°C, 85°C , 25°C, 4°C, -10°C, -20°C, -30°C, -40°C, -55°C, -70°C. The chamber is a complete ready-to-use system with everything needed for a lab testing operation. Technical support will be provided to the buyer for the initial applications, if requested. The functionalities of the compressor, heating elements, water supply and drain system, and humidity and temperature control system have just been thoroughly checked and validated. The chamber uses 208 - 240 Volts single phase 60 H power. The operator's electronic manuals will be provided with the chamber.
Temperature and humidity conditions are controlled by a two channel VersaTenn III Program / Control /Logic System. The VersaTenn control was developed specifically for environmental test chambers. Logic circuits automatically select cooling, heating, and humidity modes as required, with total programming capabilities of temperature and humidity versus time. Up to 99 steps may be programmed into 10 individual programs. Channel 1 controls temperature using an RTD sensor for temperature measurement. Channel 2 controls humidity using a dry capacitance type humidity sensor for humidity measurement.
