This is a fully functional high quality Associated Environmental Systems BHD-203 Temperature/Humidity Test Chamber with temperature range of -65oC to +170oC and humidity range of 20% to 98% R.H. in excellent cosmetic and working conditions. This environmental chamber has a large capacity of 3 cu. Ft (Interior space of 20"W x 18"D x 16"H). and has been very well maintained. The chamber’s temperature cooling and heating control, and the temperature/humidity tolerance are within manufacturer’s specifications.
This BHD-203 chamber is equipped with an upgraded Watlow F4 programmer/controller. Different temperatures with different humidity levels have been tested in accordance with certain IEC criteria, including the most used temperature humidity conditions: 40oC / 65%RH, 60oC / 85%RH, 60oC / 95%RH, 85oC / 85% RH, 25 oC, 4oC, -20oC, -40oC, and -65 oC. The chamber is in complete ready-to-use status with everything needed for a lab or field testing operation (just connecting water and power and setting the temperature/humidity program). Technical support through Zoom meeting by our chamber engineer will be provided to the buyer for the initial applications, if requested. The functionalities of the refrigeration system, heating elements, vapor generation system, and humidity and temperature control system have just been thoroughly checked and validated. The chamber uses 220 Volts (208V -240V) single phase 60 H power. The chamber has a built-in RS-232 computer Interface and 2” diameter access port.
This BHD-203 is also equipped with a nitrogen (N2) purge system to control and prevent the condensation of water on the sample surface or to achieve very low humidity level.
OPTIONAL System:
1. DI Water Supply System: This chamber comes with standard 5 gallon water reservoir to supply DI water to the water vapor generator. DI water is required to fill the water reservoir. If tap water source is used instead of DI water, an optional ion exchange column /cartridge with a cartridge holder for DI water supply is available at additional costs of $600.
2. Support Cart: If the support cart that the chamber is currently sitting on (in the Photos) is needed, it can be purchased at additional costs of $500.
